Deposits: A 100% deposit will be taken if the booking is within 28 days otherwise, a 50% deposit will be taken and then the remaining 50% will be required a month in advance of the booking.

Central Serviced Apartments operates a 14 day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received up to 14 days before the day of arrival, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled later, or in the case of a no show, the entire duration will be charged. During bank holidays and local festivals, apartments may be non-refundable. Please check your dates before making a reservation.

Central Serviced Apartments reserves the right to cancel any booking, at any time outside of its own cancellation policy, without having to give reason.

CHARGES:

Please be aware that during your stay, you are liable for all damages and misuse of the facilities and equipment that is provided.

All damages will be assessed and charged accordingly to materials, replacements, parts and labour fees.

We will debit the card that you have provided at the time of booking. An invoice can be issued on request with a breakdown of charges.

Central Hotel operates a no smoking policy. If found to be smoking in the accommodation poriveded, a £60 fine will be issued.

Special Requests: Any special requirements must be emailed to info@roomsbooked.com at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
